US domestic shipping

 Standard Delivery

All items are carefully packaged and typically shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail , United Parcel Service (UPS) or The Royal Mail (United Kingdom). However, sometimes packages are shipped Priority Mail (depending on weight). Items are generally shipped within 7-10 business days of receiving payment but due to delivery times with the postal service please allow 12-14 business days for your order to arrive. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, so if you would like to purchase insurance please let us know so we can send you an invoice for the additional fee.

 

Overnight + Rush Delivery

If you would like to have your package sent to you overnight or express, please select "express shipping" in the notes at checkout. Please note that orders are shipped out within 5 to 7 business days of when the order is received. If you would like your item shipped within a certain time frame, please feel free to add that date in your notes at checkout.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 We are very excited to now provide global shipping! If you do not see your country but wish to purchase an item, please feel free to contact us at baldry@thebaldry.com so we can add your country on our list.

 

RETURN POLICY

All sales are considered final.  If you would like to address a concern with an order you have received, please contact us at baldry@thebaldry.com .

 We do our absolute best to describe and photograph our collections on our website as you would see them in person. If you ever have questions about color, sizing, fit about any of our garments we are more than happy to assist you. Our collection is designed, cut, sewn & dyed right in our design & manufacturing studios in Los Angeles & Mexico. There is a Lifetime Warranty on our collection and will repair or exchange any of our goods. We have also re-introduced our curated vintage collection.

When purchasing from our store you are agreeing to our shop policies and that you have read the full condition of a garment and viewed all the photos available. 

 

BUYER RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING FEES

All shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. All sales are considered final. A return or exchange may only be accepted if an item arrives not as described, and/or different from the listed photos, or if approved case by case by the seller. If such a circumstance arises, we ask that customers contact us within 3 business days of receiving the item, otherwise we cannot accept the return/exchange. In the event of a return, we are not responsible for lost/stolen/missing parcels you ship back to us. Please insure and get tracking and delivery confirmation for all returns.
